Access & Hours
What are your hours?
Our facility is open 24/7, every day of the year. Staff hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and Sunday is unstaffed.
How do I access the gym?
We use facial recognition technology at the front desk. During staff hours, our team will help you get set up with your profile so you can access the facility anytime.
Can I use any location?
Yes, your membership includes access to all Performance Fitness locations. Work out wherever is most convenient for you.
Membership
Are there contracts?
No — we are month-to-month only. No contracts, ever. You are free to stay as long as you like with zero long-term commitment.
What fees are there?
None of the usual ones. We have no annual fees, no cancellation fees, and no restart fees. Just your monthly membership.
How do I cancel?
Simply submit the contact form on our website at least 3 days before your billing date. No hassle, no hoops to jump through.

What amenities are included?
Your membership includes access to massage beds, tanning beds, and dry saunas — all available 24/7 at no extra charge.
Do you have daycare?
No, we do not offer daycare services at this time.
Guests
Can I bring a guest?
We do not offer buddy passes. All guests must purchase a membership or a day pass to use our facilities.
Insurance
What insurance do you accept?
We accept Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit, and Healthy Contributions. Contact your insurance provider or visit our front desk to check if your plan includes a fitness benefit.
